New at Trendglas Jena: everything for retailers, hospitality and brand partners in one place

When businesses look at us as a possible partner, they usually want quick answers to a few questions. Which products would fit my range? What are the terms? Can I get them with my own logo?

Those answers were already on our website, just spread across different pages. So before changing anything, we looked at our site through the eyes of someone who doesn't know us yet. What do they need first? Where would they look for it? And how quickly can they tell whether we are the right partner?

That work led to the new Business section of our website.

Three routes for three types of partner

On the Business page, you first choose the area that fits you. After that, everything essential is on a single page. Just scroll down.

B2B: for retail and wholesale
Our bestsellers by category: tea, coffee, kettles, double-walled glasses and kitchen. Alongside them, everything you need to work with us day to day, from delivery from stock to spare parts you can reorder.

HORECA: for hotels, restaurants and cafés
Products that can handle everyday life in hospitality. The glass is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, heat-resistant and light, so it works just as well for serving as for buffets and storage. And if you'd like to see your own logo on the table, we can add it from 300 pieces per item.

OEM: for private label and custom products
Our existing products with your logo, or a completely new product. From the glass body, spout and handle through to the packaging, we can support you at every step, including laser processing and double-walled production. Send us your idea and we'll look at how to make it happen.

Our brand on one page

The part of our website about our brand has been renewed too. What used to be spread over several pages is now on just one: Our brand.

There you'll find where we come from: the Jena tradition of heat-resistant household glass, which we carry on today with products made in the original Jena moulds. You'll also read about the glass we work with, what quality and warranty mean to us, and which of our products have won international design awards.

Do you know our full range?

Many of our partners have been ordering the same few products from us for years. We're very glad they do. At the same time, our range keeps growing. That's why we've put together a selection of the products that have proven themselves best in hospitality.

It's worth a look before your next order. The piece that's still missing from your shelf or your service might be right there.

Frequently asked questions

Who can order from the Trendglas Jena webshop?

Our webshop is for business customers only: retailers, hospitality businesses and other companies. Prices are only visible after registration and approval.

What is the smallest order?

Every item can be ordered from a single piece. The minimum order value is €300 at most, depending on your country.

Can I get the products with my own logo?

Yes. We can produce our catalogue products with your logo from 300 pieces per item. For larger projects, a fully own-brand product is also possible.

What happens if a lid or a filter breaks?

For many of our products, the lid, filter and saucer can be reordered separately, so there's no need to replace the whole product.

Can the glass products go on the hob?

Yes, our glass products can even take an open flame. Whether a particular product can be used on a gas, electric or ceramic hob is stated in its product description and instructions for use.

What makes our kettles special?

They are made entirely of glass, including the lid, with no seal. While the water boils, it only ever touches glass, and so does the steam.

In electric kettles, the heating plate is metal, and there is usually a silicone seal between the metal and the glass, because the two materials expand differently with heat. With other glass kettles for the hob, the lid or whistle is often metal, so the steam comes into contact with metal there. Our kettles have neither. That's why they're also popular with people who are sensitive to metal or plastic.

What makes borosilicate glass 3.3 special?

It's heat-resistant, hygienic, non-porous and easy to clean. You can read more in the Quality & Warranty section of our brand page and in the product descriptions.
