Unsophisticated aesthetics, high functionality and a wide product range.
The variety and the aesthetics of the goods at the Jenaer Glas GmbH have served as a starting point for our products. To complement the original products, a collection of new products was created-featuring fine manufacturing, functionality and clear design.

We have a continous cooperation with the Delphin Design (constituted in 1992 by Thomas Wagner and Dirk Loff in Berlin). The design of the teapots SOLO, GLOBE and SIGN and some OFFICE mug variations was developed by these gentlemen.
Our greatest success with Delphin Design is that our products – SIGN 0.6 & 1.2 – won the iF product design award 2013.
Reaching back to also home designs, our product development team works round the clock to offer our customer new and fascinating goods. Particularly in the past few years cooperation with Hungarian and international designers has been steadily growing including graduate students from the Art College Burg Giebichenstein, Halle and the University of Sopron. This cooperation has already yielded products that were awarded prestigious prizes.
New manufacturing alternatives, enhanced flexibility and extensive expertise allow us to use new opportunities to manufacture new products of superior quality. We continue to improve our products all the time to meet the demanding requirements of our customers, for instance we are keen to experiment with combining different raw materials. Combining glass with wood porcelain or metal keeps opening new chapters in our manufacturing process leading to new opportunities, which we readily and successfully grab. The creative way we produce our glass articles has no limits whatsoever. Superior quality, functionality and aesthetics are the most important criteria our products must meet. We work only with raw materials of outstanding quality and with reliable partners. The Borosilicate glass 3.3. coming exclusively from Germany and the EU guarantees that all our products comply with the applicable EU standards and regulations Our glass contains no heavy metals or other toxic substances and with its smooth and pore-free surface is particularly suitable for people with allergies. Trendglas Jena GmbH is the first and so far the only business to be certified by the European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF).
In the certified manufacturing process several quality control measures have been put in place to ensure that our products meet the highest requirements from all aspects. The products are manufactured from machine-made bodies guaranteeing the best aesthetic and chemical, physical qualities. The very even wall thickness ensures outstanding thermodynamic qualities so that our glass products can be placed directly on heat sources.
Spouts and handles are affixed manually by our highly experienced glass blowers, adding a touch of high individuality to all of our products.
